Any commercial-use Class 3–8 vehicle with less than 1 million miles (1,609,344 km) and under 15 model years old at the time of sign-up. Exceptions for vehicles older than 15 model years may be reviewed for coverage by TruckClub™.
TruckClub™ requires pictures of the odometer, VIN/door placard, and engine serial number plaque. TruckProtect™ plans DO NOT require a vehicle inspection.
At TruckClub, we don’t bend (or make up our own) rules. We believe that every healthy relationship requires honesty and transparency. That’s why we list out all 30,000+ parts of your truck and show you how coverage applies to them based on the nationally recognized Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards (VMRS).
In the trucking business, time is money, and we don’t want you to waste either. Find any OEM dealership or licensed service center that is open to the public, such as Rush Truck Centers, then follow our quick claim guide that walks you through each step. Our staff is also on call to help you when you need it most.
We don’t require inspections. Instead, every plan starts with a two-stage warm-up period. After 30 days and 2,500 miles driven from your validated starting mileage, Essential and Pro coverage begins (Elite members get all Essential and Pro components at this point). After 90 days, with the same 2,500-mile total, seals & gaskets and electronics coverage begins on every plan, and Elite-tier components begin for Elite members. On day 91 you have the most comprehensive coverage available.
Purchase your plan and validate mileage. Warm-up starts. No coverage active yet.
Essential & Pro coverage begins. Elite coverage begins for all Essential & Pro components.
Seals & gaskets and electronics begin on every plan. Elite-tier components begin for Elite.
Both milestones are required. Coverage begins only once the time period has passed and 2,500 miles have been driven from your validated starting mileage. 2,500 miles is one total: no additional miles are needed for the 90-day components.
Unlike plans that promise low or no deductibles but all too often fall short on paying out claims, TruckProtect™ uses a small 15% deductible. That significantly reduces the impact on your wallet from repair costs while providing the coverage you expect.
Yes. Unlike providers with proprietary maintenance requirements, we only require that you follow the OEM maintenance schedule and keep maintenance records.
No. Like all extended warranty programs, pre-existing issues are not covered. This is why we require a 30-day and 2,500-mile warm-up period to prove the road-worthiness of your truck.
Yes. It must be an OEM dealership or licensed service center that is open to the public, with ASE or equivalent certified mechanics. We recommend our preferred partner Rush Truck Centers, but you are not required to use them.
No. TruckClub™ is an independent company. TruckProtect™ is TruckClub’s proprietary commercial truck protection program. References to other companies are provided solely for informational or competitive comparison purposes.
