When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. We may also collect information about your interactions with our messages, such as deliveries and opt-out requests, to operate the program.

How we use your mobile number

We use your mobile number to send messages such as:

Account, order, and claim updates, confirmations, and other transactional or service notifications related to your inquiry or account; and

Promotions, deals, and marketing content related to our products and services, where you have consented to receive them.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us and ongoing program activity. You may receive recurring messages.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

No sharing or selling of mobile information

No mobile information

, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent, will be shared with, sold to, rented to, or traded with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The only exception is that we may share information with service providers or subcontractors (such as our messaging-platform provider) strictly to help us operate and deliver the SMS program on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
