‍TruckClub Group Inc. ("TruckClub," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and manage your mobile number when you choose to opt in to SMS communications from us. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

‍No Sharing or Selling of Mobile Information
‍No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent, will be shared with, sold to, rented to, or traded with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

‍Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
‍The only exception is that we may share information with service providers or subcontractors (such as our messaging platform provider) strictly to help us operate and deliver the SMS program on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
