SMS Privacy Policy

‍TruckClub Group Inc. ("TruckClub," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and manage your mobile number when you choose to opt in to text-message (SMS/MMS) communications from us. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

‍Opt-In and Consent
‍Our text-messaging program is entirely opt-in, and enrollment is never pre-selected on your behalf. You are enrolled only when you affirmatively provide your mobile number and give prior express written consent, for example, by checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on one of our forms, by texting a keyword to a number we designate, or through another affirmative opt-in mechanism that clearly discloses you are agreeing to receive automated marketing text messages from TruckClub.

‍Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase of our products or services. We collect and retain a record of your consent, including the date, time, and source of your opt-in.

‍Information We Collect
‍When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. We may also collect information about your interactions with our messages, such as deliveries and opt-out requests, to operate the program.

‍How We Use Your Mobile Number
‍We use your mobile number to send messages such as:Account, order, and claim updates, confirmations, and other transactional or service notifications related to your inquiry or account; andPromotions, deals, and marketing content related to our products and services, where you have consented to receive them.

‍Message Frequency
‍Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us and ongoing program activity. You may receive recurring messages.

‍Message and Data Rates
‍Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

‍Opting Out and Getting Help
‍You can manage your SMS subscription at any time:Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will honor your opt-out request promptly, and you will receive no further marketing text messages unless you choose to re-subscribe. ‍No Sharing or Selling of Mobile Information
No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent, will be shared with, sold to, rented to, or traded with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is that we may share information with service providers or subcontractors (such as our messaging-platform provider) strictly to help us operate and deliver the SMS program on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

‍We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
